The opening event brought together community partners, donors, volunteers and sector leaders, who toured the facility and saw firsthand how the upgraded infrastructure will help meet growing demand for food relief services.

Pressroom Philanthropy played an instrumental role in the interior design and styling of the space, creating a striking visual environment that included a large-format die-cut jigsaw installation marking 95 years of Foodbank’s impact, alongside a timeline wall featuring archival imagery that showcased the organisation’s history and evolution.

The new warehouse reinforces Foodbank Victoria’s commitment to reducing food insecurity and building a more resilient, responsive food relief system for all Victorians and is expected to play a key role in strengthening both metropolitan and regional supply chains.
